Write to us

For help with anything in Heard & Handled, write to admin@heardandhandled.com. Say which phone or computer you are on and what you saw; a screenshot helps. If it is about an account, write from the email address the account uses, because that is how we know it is yours.

The sign-in email did not come

There is no password. We email a link that signs you in once and stops working after ten minutes. Look in your spam folder, check the address for a typo, and ask for a new link if the first has gone stale. If none arrives, write to us from that address.

A reminder did not arrive

• Check that notifications for Heard & Handled are allowed in the phone’s settings.
• On Android, the phone’s battery settings can hold reminders back. In the app, open the Us tab and choose How reminders reach you.
• If you set quiet hours on the Us tab, most reminders wait until they end.
