What the service is
Heard & Handled carries reminders between the people in a household and reports their state. It is a convenience, not a safety system. Do not use it for anything where a missed reminder causes harm.
Delivery
Every moment carries a deadline behind it and reminders take two paths at once, which is as reliable as this can be made. It still depends on phone operating systems, push services and networks nobody here controls, so delivery is not guaranteed.
Payment
Paid plans are charged per household rather than per person. Paid features are additive: anything in the free tier stays in the free tier. Lifetime means the lifetime of the service.

- The contracting entity, its jurisdiction and governing law.
- Acceptable use, and what happens when a household is used to harass someone.
- Refunds, renewals, cancellation and price changes.
- Warranty disclaimers and limitation of liability.
- Notice periods for changes to these terms and for ending the service.
